ONE PIECE Heroines Special Set: what it's worth now it has shipped
- Premium Bandai MSRP
- $70
- Sealed set, sold on TCGplayer
- $240–259.90 (Sep 22–Oct 1)
- Vivi promo card, sold
- $129.65 → $200 (Oct 1–2)
- Gold DON!! card, sold
- $139 → $116.34 (Sep 26–Oct 2)
- Normal DON!! card, sold
- $9.98
Verdict — The set cost $70 and sealed copies now sell for about $242, roughly 3.5 times MSRP. Most of that is two cards: the Vivi promo, still rising with nothing listed, and the gold DON!!, which only some sets contain and which is already falling. If you have a sealed set, you're holding something worth more than the sum of its normal parts.
The short answer: the ONE PIECE Heroines Special Set was a $70 Premium Bandai preorder that started delivering in September 2026. Sealed sets now sell for about $240–260 on TCGplayer. The money is in two cards: the Nefeltari Vivi promo (last sale $200, up from about $130 a day earlier, with no copies listed) and the gold DON!! card (down from about $139 to $116). Only some sets contain the gold DON!!; the rest get a normal one worth about $10.
This is independent analysis of physical collectibles, not financial advice. Prices are TCGplayer sales in USD, English Near Mint or sealed, read on 2 October 2026. Only the most recent five sales of each item are visible, so treat every range as thin, early data.

Don't confuse it with the Japanese "Heroines Special Set". Bandai Japan sold a different product under the same name in 2025: an EB-03 booster box with a storage box and sleeves, and no promo card or playmat. Listings sometimes mix the two up.

How we read thin, moving prices: when a card is rising on few sales, the latest sale says more than an average, so we anchor the Vivi promo at $200, not the ~$150 middle of its five sales. When a card is falling, recent sales only: the gold DON!! is a ~$116 card today, not a $130 one. The ordinary OP13-012 Vivi from the OP-13 booster is a different card worth well under a dollar. Make sure a listing shows the playmat-matching art.
Our read (dated 2 October 2026)
- Sealed set: we expect it to hold $210–260 through January 2027. It's a limited Premium Bandai run, and a sealed copy carries the chance of a gold DON!!.
- Vivi promo: thin and rising with nothing listed, so the next sales will be volatile. We expect it to settle at $150–250 by the end of January, as opened sets add supply.
- Gold DON!!: we expect it to keep easing toward $90–110 as more sets are opened.
- What would prove us wrong: if the Vivi promo is still selling above $250 at the end of January, demand is outrunning supply. If sealed sets fall below $180, opened copies flooded the market faster than we expect.
Should you open it? On the two cards alone, opening usually loses money. A Vivi ($200) plus a normal DON!! ($10) is about $210, less than a sealed set ($242). If you pull the gold DON!! ($116) instead, the two cards come to about $316, more than sealed. The playmat, sleeves and storage box add some resale value either way, but the decision really turns on the gold, and only some sets have one.
